TopiaU Library Services provides students and faculty of member institutions access to various collections of quality academic resources and services to support their academic and other research programs. Additionally, TopiaU Library Services provides direct access to open educational resources, including open access textbooks, e-journals and course materials. The Library Services offered by TopiaU also includes free online access to assistance from librarians for students of member institutions.

All a student needs to access these resources is to enter his/her institutions User ID and Password via the login form.
